    • Is the device waterproof?

      No, it isn’t.

    • What countries does Langogo ship to?  

      You can select your country from the drop-down menu at the checkout. If you don’t find your country in the list, unfortunately, we do not ship to that country. 

    • Do I have to be registered in order to place an order?

      You can place an order as a guest.  

      However, you can still be able to register your account during checkout, which allows you to benefit from:

      · l Exclusive discount coupon;

      · l Order history with order tracking;

      · l Ability to save your payment method for a faster checkout. 


    • Does Langogo come with a warranty?

      Yes. We provide one-year warranty. 

    • What company do you choose for shipping?

      We consign a third-party company to deal with the shipping, who will cooperate different courier companies according to different regions.

    • Where is my order?

      For members, you can log into your account and review your order information in the order history. 

      If you have checked out as a guest, you can quickly track your order through the tracker link attached in the email we send you once your order has been shipped.

    • What should I do if I have any problem?

    • How long does delivery take?  

      Orders will be processed within 2 working days and ready to deliver within 3-5 working days from the order date. The estimate delivery time will be 15 days, which varies depending on the destination. You can log in to your account or use the tracker link attached in your email to follow the status of your order. 

    • Can I edit or cancel my order?

      Orders that have been shipped cannot be edited or canceled. To edit or cancel the order, please send an email to support@langogo.ai 

    • Will I pay import duties?

      The import duties are not included in your purchase. Hence, you are responsible for paying all related fees. The amount of VAT/GST customs fees will vary depending on your shipping country.

    • Can I change my shipping address?

      Yes. You can change your shipping address before your order is shipped. Send us an email with your order number and new delivery address at support@langogo.ai   

      However, once the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to change your delivery address.

    • If I haven’t received my order. What can I do?

      If you have any questions or are experiencing delays with your order, please contact us at support@langogo.ai.

      We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is verified. You can find your order number in this email, which you can use to track your order. For registered users, you can log in to your account and track the status of your order. For non-registered users, you can visit the tracker link attached in your email to track the order status.     • What payment methods are accepted?

      We accept payments of Visa, Matercard and JCB.


    • What should I do if I don’t receive the refund?

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@langogo.ai.


    • What is the refund policy?

      We issue refunds only if you can provide us with a short video showing a malfunctioning device and we can’t fix the issue with our support.
      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
      * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


    • What should I do if I decide to return the product?

      To return your product, you should mail your product to: 704, Bldg. 6, Software Industry Base, Shenzhen, 518000, China.
      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


    • Can I exchange or return the ordered items?

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@langogo.ai.


    • What is your return policy?

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
      To be eligible for a return, please provide us with a short video showing a malfunctioning device that we can’t fix the issue with our support. And your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      We ship to nearly all countries excluding Guam, Israel, African and South America. You can select your country from the drop-down menu at the checkout. If you don’t find your country in the list, unfortunately, we do not ship to that country.


    • Is Langogo compatible with earbuds?

      The USB-C is compatible with accessories like earbuds to extend the performance.


    • What should I do if I can’t update my Langogo?

      Our technical team is ready to help you. Contact us at support@langogo.ai and report your issues with pictures or a video. We will do our best to help you out as soon as possible.


    • Will the translation improve over time?

      Yes. With the Neural Machine Translation adopted, Langogo keeps studying and the more you speak, the smarter it gets. And we are also committed to continuously keep improving the translations at all times. We welcome any suggestions for improvement. If you have doubts with the translation results in your language, please report it and send us an email: support@langogo.ai.


    • Can I change the voice on my Langogo?

      Yes. Langogo can deliver both male and female voices in 19 languages, including:
      Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese (Cantonese), Chinese (Taiwan), English (Australia), English (UK), English (India), English (USA), French (Canada), French (France), German, Hindi (India), Italian (Italy), Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Mexico) and Turkish. More languages will be supported in the future.


    • How do I purchase the data plan?

      You can directly purchase the data plan on the Langogo device. Open Langogo, navigate to “Global Wi-Fi”, click “Purchase” and select that data plan you need and click to make payment.


    • What are the prices for the data plans?

      You can check the price for each data plan directly on your Langogo: Global Wi-Fi -> Purchase.


    • In what countries it the data service available?

      The data service is available in over 70 countries and regions. You can check the full list of countries and regions, as well as the data plans here. Supported countries might subject to change.


    • Do I have to be registered in order to place an order?

      You can place an order as a guest.
      However, you can still be able to register your account during checkout, which allows you to benefit from:

      2. Ability to add multiple delivery addresses;

    • How many languages are Langogo supported?

      More than 100 languages are supported now and more will be added.


    • Will more languages be added?

      We will add more languages if there is an increasing demand for a specific language.


    • Will there be offline translation?

      Online translation is always a better option than the offline translation with its powerful performance in the translation speed and result. That is why we have been committed to offer online translation. And with the built-in eSIM to get online where you go, Langogo can live-translate for you at all times.


    • Does Langogo come with an app?

      No. Langogo is a standalone device with no app required. Just press the translation button and hold to speak, and it will deliver translation results.


    • Do I need Wi-Fi to use Langogo?

      Yes. You can get online simply with the built-in eSIM anywhere, anytime.


    • How does Langogo connect to the networks?

      Langogo connects to both cellular network and wireless network. There are three options to connect it to the networkds;
      1. Switch on and it will automatically connect to the best local network. Purchase the Langogo data plan before turning it on.
      2. Insert a physical SIM Card to connect Langogo to the cellular network.
      3. Connect Langogo to a Wi-Fi network or share the data from your mobile phone.
